I NEEDED A GORGEOUS ARRANGEMENT YESTERDAY 4 MY MOTHER-IN-LAWS BIRTHDAY & THEY DELIVERED!!! LOOK AT THE COLOR VARIATIONS, THE HEIGHT & WIDTH!! I WOULD'VE NEVER GOTTEN THIS @ 1-800-FLOWERS FOR UNDER $120.00!!! AND I PAID 1/2 OF THAT 4 THIS!!! VERY GRATEFUL & EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. THE BEST PART WAS I CALLED @ 1:30P.M. IN SUCH A PANIC. AND BY 3:00P.M.THEY WERE ALREADY DELIVERED. WHEN I WAS SENT PICS LAST NIGHT I KNEW I MADE THE PERFECT CHOICE. THANK YOU KINDLY 4 SUCH A GORGEOUS ARRANGEMENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS & THEY TREATED MY ORDER AS A PRIORITY AS WELL...

Originally I was disappointed that the valentines plant I ordered could not be delivered on 2/14 as promised. Mr Rodney Williams contacted me and said he was so sorry and he would make it right. And he did. This morning he delivered the plant I had ordered for my sister and he also included a beautiful orchid. He made her feel so special . And that was what my intentions were. Thank you Mr Williams.

When the order was placed over the phone I was specific about what I needed and things were not followed 1. Requested to receive a picture of the arrangement TWICE, day of the order and morning of the delivery to ensure it was what I wanted since I would not be able to see it before delivery. I did not receive this. 2. Requested two specific colors, one color was barely in the arrangement. 3. Requested specific wording on the banner and what I requested was not what was printed on the banner. 4. Confirmation of delivery should be included and i did not receive this. I will NOT be using them again.
