Wanted to put a hold on my check. I requested the check back so I could cash else where. They put their stamp on the check so nobody else will cash it. Constantly having issues with this bank. I will be moving all of my accounts soon. 4 years is long enough.

This branch has the worst customer service of any chase branch Ive ever seen the banker is rude and offers no explanation of anything, after being a chase customer for over 3 years Im done with them completely several hundred thousand dollars into their bank for them to tell me I cant accept a deposit off the sale of my house because its too large. These banks have gotten out of hand with their Criteria for bank accounts, but chase is 100% wrong in how they determine who gets what kind of account. Would not recommend banking with chase if you wanna have full access to your money they will always find a way to inconvenience you!

Arriving out of town, we chose Chase Bank to notarize document for us. They politely informed us we needed to be a Chase customer in order for them to notarize any documents (they do not notarize for the public). This is completely understandable so we agreed to open an account. The staff member informed us it would take an hour for the process we explain to her we were on a time crunch due to being from out of town. They started the process and then upon completion the manager informed us thats because we did not want a relationship with their company, they were unable to create our account or notarize our documents. Not only were we out an hour of our time, we were miss informed and dismissed by the manager when we questioned her about other options, such as keep the account active or an extended period of time. I as a professional myself I suggest the training of their staff is kept up to date, their communication skills need to improve and customer relationships begin with trust from both parties. Dismissing your questioning customer is not an honorable business.
