Had an appointment window from 9-12, they didn't show up. Went ahead and called Hills Septic. Hills was completely the job when Stevens decided to show up around 3. Save yourself the trouble and call Hills.

I called them for my parent's that had an issue and they came the following day and found septic tank easily and found the problem which they did everything they could that day of service and is coming back this week to dig up a line from home to Septic. We've personally used them in our home and highly recommend them.

Called them on a Sunday and they arrived an hour later and was happy for the pumping service, Paid an extra 150 bucks for and easy port to be installed. Problem was driver said he would be back never came back. I called them 4 times and got the same answer we will be over shortly. 3 weeks later and no easy port. Called again today and got promised we are on our way to do the job. Stay posted as I wait again !

Called for pumping of tank. Adam shows up at 545 pm. Dig several holes trying to find the tank with a rock bar. Bust sewerage line coming from the house. Doesnt say any thing about it. Leaves saying he would send a bigger truck the next day. Never return to finish the job. Poor service and will never call them again.
I called Hills to come complete the job..
