Jessica and Andrew are awesome people! They know how to make you feel like family, and they treat you like family just the same! I'm a single mom to 4 kiddos, and I desperately needed 2 front tires for my van. When I got there, they didnt have the right size tires for my van. But I was driving very dangerously. So Andrew put on 2 tires that would work for the time being. And told me to come back when they had the right size tires. That way I wouldn't be driving around, risking getting into a wreck. It did take some time to get the right size in, but as soon as they had them, they kept them for me until I could make it back out there. My 17 year old daughter hit a curb, bending my rim just a little ( shes learning to drive) they fixed it for me at no charge! You can really tell they care about what they do! I wasnt just dollar bills to them, they made sure we were safe! Matter of fact, they even gave me the 2nd tire! If you need new or slightly used tires around the Johnson city/ Elizabethon area, you definitely need to go there! Thanks guys, I really appreciate all your help, and keep up the good work!
