I had a new blacktop driveway put in, replacing an old one. S & H Paving did the work. This experience was great! From getting the quote to finish was a very smooth process. Ozzie came out to look at the job. I had the quote very quickly. Once I made my decision I was put on the schedule. Adriana in the office was very helpful and responded quickly to all communications. The crew was wonderful! They did a great job, were very neat and picked up after themselves. Great care was taken every step of the way. The bobcat driver was so precise and had to go up and down, forward and backwards on my very narrow driveway keeping clear of the house. They arrived at noon per the window of 11-1. They were done and gone by 4:45! I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them going forward for my sealcoating when the time comes.

Five stars. Absolutely earned them. If you're shopping for residential asphalt installation in the vicinity of Des Plaines Illinois, you can stop shopping. I shopped around. Not only did S&H come in with a very competitive price, but their staff (mostly Adriana) was consistently responsive, attentive and professional. Then when the weather finally warmed up and we had our permits and inspections in order, S&H completed the work in record time, having exceeded my expectations of quality and even patching a couple spots in my driveway without me requesting or without extra charge! From start to finish everything went well. Ozzie personally came out to see the job promptly. He followed through with a competitive quote. For a nominal fee they saved me time by obtaining the necessary village permit. Adrianna kept in communication as to when the work would be performed. The crew showed up on time and did a great job. Used S&H for a new driveway. the old one had a lot of uneven spaces and water pooled in a lot of places. They were very efficient with the work that they did and the quality is great. Their office staff is professional and very communicative. They even followed up on the service provided. Having them come out again this year for some maintenance - so I will definitely use them again. Service: Asphalt paving & repair
