I have been a member over 30 years and I have purchased a couple of vehicles thru Auto Loan department !! I told them what I wanted and they found the car and brought it to me!! I had a great experience with personal loan as well! The staff is Awesome !! I am forever grateful for this credit union

It's disheartening to know that the credit union does not seem to care about their customers.  I have seen changes with them over the 30 years and they are not good changes.  thinking about closing all my accounts, which I cannot imagine this credit union would even care.

I have had an account there for over 40 years.  When I worked at Aerospace it was convenient.  Since I retired, not at all.  I haven't been able to get to the  office there in years.  During the pandemic the office was closed more often than not.  Can't figure out how to move money around remotely.  I have six figures in a share account and some CDs.  They don't even provide an debit card so I can access my funds that way.  Their interest rates are pathetic.  Near zero for the share account and a percent or less for the CDs. Meanwhile their loan rates are several percent, up to 12.9% for a credit card, so they really screw over savers.

Great timely service! I had several questions that pscu (credit card servicer) couldn't resolve. They suggest I call credit union that issued the card. Not only did AFCU associate resolve the issue, something I thought impossible, but did it in such short time. BRAVO AFCU!
