I had a wonderful experience the other day when I checked in & out with both of the employees. They were very respectful and kind natured. So I figured since I was treated with kindness - Id go ahead and rebook for today. While checking in, I was immediately told to go back outside and close the door. Sophia claims theyre only allowed one party inside at a time. While theres absolutely no signage stating that - she yelled that I needed to get out of the building. The lady I was faced with was an older disgruntled women who claimed her name is Sophia. She is apparently discriminatory towards certain people.
She made this experience very uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. She tossed my drivers license at me like I wasnt a good enough human to be in her presence. She doesnt deserve to work with the public and its unfortunate because I will probably not book another room at this location.
When requesting her managers name- she refused to give her name or any information. Ive never had such an uncomfortable situation at any Motel 6 except with this older lady.
