Amazing service from the beginning. I was called by Nikki herself when I first reported my incident on a weekend. She reached out to make sure that my family and I were all safe. She genuinely took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the process of my claim. Mentioned that her staff will be following up with me periodically. I really felt that Nikki and her staff were with me every step of my claim. I dont regret paying a little extra for this type of quality service. I couldnt be any more happier. Thank you all.
