I went through the carwash to get bird droppings removed from my car and the "high power" soap nozzles only worked on the drivers side. The rinse worked just enough to leave streaks all over my car. When I reported it, the manager tried to give me "the works". She refused to listen to me when I tried to explain the situation, and then tried to tell me that the carwash didn't work because I had chosen the "basic" wash. Please do not waste either your time or money using this carwash. I did finally get my refund, but it was only after trying repeatedly to explain the problem.
