The guy who owns this company might be one of the worst people I have ever met. I spent 30,000 plus on this program. One would think when you spend that kind of money that someone would call you on the phone to walk you through how to use it. The guy that owns this company would rather text and email you instructions. I told him that I would rather do it over the phone. He refused to do that so I had to drive 200 miles round trip to my IT guys house. My IT guy couldn’t even do it. So after about 13 hours of text and emails over a three day period we still couldn’t get it to work. Finally he decided to call and it took 18 minutes and 21 seconds to accomplish our goal. So then he said he would show my wife how to do it by phone call (yippee) which made me think we were finally moving in the right direction but this was short lived. My wife is quiet and humble and would never be unkind to anyone. She has been a stay at home mom for 13 years of our 14 year marriage. I state this because she might not be the best on a computer but she knows how to use one. So I left my office as they were introducing themselves to each other to get a mouse out of my car. When i got back my wife was sobbing and her hands were shaking. She said that the owner of the company got mad because she didn’t understand what he wanted her to do. He then started yelling at her and told her she was too stupid to do the program and then he hung up on her. So if you want someone to talk down to you after you spend 35,000 to call you names and hang up on you all the while burning up your time with 13 hours of text messages this is the place to go. Not to mention I gave him 2500 for a maintenance fee the day before yesterday. He acted like he had done nothing wrong when I confronted him. He wouldn’t answer when I called because he is coward and wants to yell at women and make them cry. He finally said “I’m sorry”. So we started moving forward. So I thought we were finally going to get this deal done but my excitement was short lived once again. He then said I need $1200 to finish. So to recap I paid $36,000 then gave him $2500 and for that I have a system that I can’t use. Avoid this company at all costs.
