I had a great experience. Bringing in a new patient, I thought Id be there for hours. My appt was at 10:30 and I was out by 11:40. So the wait time wasnt too bad. My 1 year old was not easy to work with but they were definitely patient with us and answered all my questions.

If you have UMR insurance with DHR - DO NOT use this facility . They state they take this insurance but in fact bill the insurance more than what the insurance covers , so you're stuck with paying $160 for a general cleaning .

Horrible experience. What was suppose to be a quick 6 month cleaning turned out to be 2 hour and 15 minute ordeal. Very unprofessional and slow. Back then office was 10/10 these days trash. Will be removing my kids from this dentist. I suggest you look elsewhere if your looking for a good dentist for your kids.

I was planning to take my son to this place but not anymore. I send a message thru the website on a Monday and I never received a response or a call. I called on Thursday and the person that answered was rude and unprofessional. She did not explained the reason for not being contacted. And after I explained to her that it would be a new patient, she asks, "what is the patient's name?" really, no listening skills. Then I said that I wanted to schedule something for Saturday and she's like, "ohh no we do not do appointments on saturdays", and I go, "but your website shows that you do", and she's says, "ohh no that is wrong, I don't know why they have not fixed that". She wanted to make an appointment without asking any questions, even though I had just advised her that it would be a new patient. And thru all of this she had a tone like if she was doing me a favor for talking to me or trying to help. Very rude

I have been bringing my son here for a long time. This is the best dentist ever. Kind, patient, gentle my son had a bad experience with a different dental place once, the type were they don't let the parents in with the dentist (who would agree to traumatize their children even more by leaving their children alone with the dentist and the nurses that hold them down to get more done). I insisted to go in w my son in that other place and yes they held him down when he showed discomfort and they wouldn't let him say he was getting hurt with the thick cotton roll and was chocking instead they held him down. Never went back there again. Here Dr. Lopez was so soft spoken and gentle and caring about my son's past bad experience that he won my son's trust immediately and we have been coming here ever since. My son is a big boy now but I can't think of leaving this dental office.
