This office failed in many ways. They don't communicate with their client or each other. House was sold and they were supposed to cancel 3 of 4 policies. Two weeks later received an additional Docusign cancelling the one that was supposed to remain and one that was supposed to be cancelled already. Called to find out why and requested a callback after she talked to Ted and let us know what the heck was going on. I had to call back a week later because they NEVER called back!! I have had to call this office about 6 times over several months due to their incompetence on cancelling a simple umbrella policy. 1st time didn't cancel policy 2nd put the wrong policy number on cancellation. When I called (again) after 11 weeks and asked why is this policy STILL showing active after 11 WEEKS?? I was told "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM, we put it in the mail..." Would you like the number for the office in Raleigh? Well you people bungled it 2x and I still haven't gotten my refund and it's not your problem? Yes I guess I am going to have to do your job. So when you cancel a policy they put it in the MAIL? Automation is not used which slows down the process considerably. Then when it finally gets to Raleigh to be processed they put it in a LOW PRIORITY status. It took 7 weeks (which is extremely slow by industry standards) to get a "normal" cancellation and it took 12 weeks because they bungled it so horribly and DIDN'T care!!! I was going to change prior but decided against it because house was going on the market - Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere that values the client and you don't have to pay $25.00 a year for a company (and office) that considers you a low priority and says it's not their problem..

Ted went above and beyond walking us through the insurance process, coverage specifics, options, etc. Was very nice as a first time home insurance purchaser. He also spent time just getting to know us beyond the standard small talk! If I could ever afford a second home, I'd go back!
