Came to town for a funeral and had nothing but trouble since check in. Sheets are dirty and filled with hair and after changing our sheets out proceeded to refuse to give us new blankets but offers to move rooms at 12 am. Then when the manager brings us blankets he tells us not to come back after we check out. After refusing us the service we paid for. On top of the water not getting hot to shower ourselves and our childs We wont be coming back to the helltel ever again. The young woman working front desk was very kind and the only thing this hotel has going for it. The manager needs a lesson in professionalism.

Stayed here for one night last minute. The lady at the front desk was rude. The sheets were disgusting. Stains all over them. Pillow cases were stained and dirty. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. I thought the toilet would over flow. Slept fully dressed with every inch of my skin cover and used my husband's sweatshirt as a pillow. Not a good night's rest at all. Would not recommend. Would've been better sleeping in my truck.
