After a inconvenient time spent at the East Stroudsburg Home Depot Joseph, & Sam over in screws (aisle 10-14) were the best help I could of asked for everyone I seen at this location is super helpful, the checkout guy also named Sam is great too!

Called to order a screen door, spoke with Lee who said he would call me back. A weeek went by with no call. I called and spoke to a different man in millwork who said he would give Lee a message. Another week, I called, the same other man in millwork refused to help, stating that I had to continue to wait and hope for Lee. Called a week laterpoke to a woman in millwork, who also explained I had to continue to hope for Lee to grace me with a call. Called and spoke to manager Dana, whopassed me off to someone specializing in orders, who explained that they didn't have time to help me because it was a holiday weekend. Called the HD in Pburg, spoke to 1 person who was able to place my order within 48 hours, no problems.
Cross the border, go to Pburg where they care about customers and their orders.
