Hello Earl, I am so sorry that it took so long to respond to your comment that we never “showed up.” We have never asked our clients for reviews; therefore, I do not check to see if we received any. I have checked our records and have no history of your ever contacting us. I do not have your address based on your review, so I can not match by address. We have never failed to respond to an appointment. Business and reputation are too valuable to ever not show up. All I can conclude is you have us mixed up with another company.
