This delivery service is the worst. They ask you for information and once you give it to them, they remain silent. I called, I texted and never got a response. They told me my package was ready and it would be delivered that day. Then they call 6 or 7 hours later and tell you to send more money for charges because the package has not been released to them yet. All they want is money. If I had to choose, I would not have gotten this company

This company demonstrated ZERO consideration in coordination efforts. They simply want to deliver on their own agenda. The driver and dispatch ignored our request for an appropriate delivery window. The delivery was all the cabinets for a kitchen. Rather than working with our request to reschedule, they knocked on our clients door and asked them to accept the delivery. Now it was before 8am and our clients are in their 70's. Clearly lacking communication and professionalism.

Always a please to work with. They are very accommodating and friendly every time we have orders come in. The delivery guys are great as well.
