This review is only for the service department. They are insanely clueless as far as anything pool related. They've been at my house 2x. First time they lost the paperwork, second time they said I wasn't home when I met with their technician. They were supposed to quote a change over from propane to gas and were told I wanted a new heater. It's been 7 1/2 weeks and I still haven't been quoted a price yet. Now after 6 phone calls and 2 meetings nothing is accomplished but high blood pressure. I've been on hold for hours over the 6 calls and transferred 7 times. Not as important but they're lucky if they got my name right 3x. The technician on the second estimate and the store itself both said the service department is horrible and screw up daily. What a shame.
