I needed to have my HVAC repaired after flood damage. Rich's plumbing were able to come out and do the repairs the day I called. The estimate was more than fair and the installation techs were great. I will definitely use Rich's again.

NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE. Called at 9:30pm for emergency service, an hour later had to call back again since nobody called back with time of arrival, at that point I was told someone would call which they did only to tell me they were closed then! I asked to be 1st priority next morning since my whole 2 family house couldn't use any water, they told me 9 or 10 am was the best they could do. 10:30 came around and they called saying they would be 1 hour late, I called back at 1:00pm and was told nobody was available and I asked when someone would be I was told "Today..." At that point it was clear I could not count on them to help. Won't be using again.

They installed a leader for water drainage. They made a sloppy job. Dripping water at every connection and at one connection water is leaking out. It was not done right and they don’t want to take responsibility to fix it or refund their hefty price. Not a good company.
