HORRENDOUS STAY AWAY -Purchased car with seemingly wonderful experience. Car started having issues IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Arthur played the pass around game with his brother Luigi, was recommended to buy an after market warranty to fix issues that occurred within the 60 day warranty time frame that came with the car.Car stalled TWICE within intersections with children in it, and the solutions provided by the RECOMMENDED service providers here in Florida were argued. Have paid a ton out of pocket. BUYER BEWARE. These type of reviews are littered among the "5 star ones" and are consistently the same type of complaint. They will not help you and are currently being sued.

Buyer beware! We bought a 2002 Discovery for asking price of $32,000 and were told it was "like new". Within 30 minutes of unloading off the truck it was leaking fuel, badly. Vehicle was delivered in the early morning hours while it was still dark. We found extensive body damage that was not disclosed before the sale. Seller/salesman Arthur Masciarelli, blamed the trucking company. The 3 amigos came on within the warranty period. Seller paid none of the costs to repair. We spent more than $2,000 in additional costs to even make the vehicle drivable and safe. I wouldn't buy a thing from Marquis Motorcars. They are crooks. Go ahead Arthur and Luigi, take me to court... I have your emails, receipts and all the proof I need to win.

Arthur made buying my new to me Range Rover too easy. He is honest, great at communicating & handled all of paperwork. I have owned a Rover in the past, and the car he sold me was better than I could have imagined ((and even better than he described!)).
I plan to utilize Arthur for all of my future car purchases- no gimmicks, no BS, just a friendly person who puts his clients interests first.

I was referred to Marquis Motors by a close friend who purchased a Range Rover there. They were blown away by the customer service they received and felt strongly that it was the best place to handle the needed repairs on my Evoque. They were right. Lou was amazingan excellent communicator who responded to every text message I sent him, even well after work hours. Lou took the time to explain the issues and necessary repairs and walked me through each step. Additionally, he went above and beyond (after his work day had ended) to cancel parts that had been ordered (and I had paid for) when it became apparent I didnt need them, saving me nearly $500. The care I received coupled with the work that was done on my Evoque has made me a Marquis Motorcars customer for life. I highly recommend them.
