Had a massive storm hit my place last year causing major damage. Didn't receive a call or a visit from them. Good luck if you have a problem. These people won't help you at all. Asked for a policy that would cover anything and everything. Yeah right. I'm over 5 figures out of my pocket for damages. No follow up calls about if things are going well. NOTHING! My bedroom was damaged and I didn't know that I could have gotten a hotel room under my policy, but they failed to even notify my that this was a possibility. They have money to build a big fancy new building in town, but if you actually need to use your insurance they aren't going to pay. Over a year later I've yet to hear anything from them, period, at all. Beware. These people are not here to help you when you need them.
