Second time we've had to use their services, and both times we were thrilled! They really know what they're doing, and they don't mess around at it. The prices are actually really good, compared to some of the places around here. And I love how friendly everyone is.

Came in to replace a valve cover gasket on my vehicle it cost me 498.00. After all was said and done i ended up checking the average price for that kind of shop repair and found out they charged me double. I took my car home and found out that my valve cover was leaking even more oil than before. I had to tighten down every single bolt on my valve cover myself after spending almost 500 bucks on the job in the first place because the shop couldn't take the care to finish the job on their own. I should have just done the job myself and will from now on, eagle point auto will never get my business nor my friends or family's in the future that's for sure

I'm a volunteer search and rescue that came down from the State of Washington during the Wildfires here in Oregon using 4 wheel drive in the back country of the mountains and after 30 days I was finally returning home when I heard a noise that I thought might be my brakes, yet I could use them no problem. I happened to be across street from shop when this happened and brought suv in for inspection and explained my situation and showed Kevin what I had left in my bank account for repair and hopefully gas to get home about another 450 miles! About 15 minutes to closing I ended up paying on Debit card $711, leaving me about $100 & some change left to get home and I drove about 2 miles and smelled burning, then saw smoke coming from drivers side rear tire and pulled over and called shop, which had closed and left message. The next morning Kevin said he told me about the caliper before I left and had me initial he warned me, only he said check it if it gets hot every 100 miles or so when returning to Washington. I didn't get even 2 miles before issue arose and didn't think it safe to travel 450 miles.
Kevin said to come back and he'd fix one caliper, however every other mechanic and warnings on-line say Calipers should be done in Pairs, he only did one and charged me $228 which I didn't have in my account and leaves me Stranded in Oregon until Next month.
I feel that when I first drove away, the repair should have been done correctly and replacing 1 Caliper is unethical but no labor should have been charged due to this problem was known to them before I took possession of vehicle.
The shop isn't responsible for my predicament of being stranded, but I looked at the bill for my 2001 Ford Ranger rear brakes and Rotors done last December in Washington. They only only $260 total and that was replacing the Rotors too! So I feel I've not only been overcharged, but repairs weren't even done correctly factoring the safety issue of only 1 Caliper done.
My next complaint is with State Attorney general's office and whoever else that can resolve issues that no one should discover later that this doesn't happen to anyone else in a pinch.
A letter to BBB and several weeks pass by and this business hasn't replied and I'm still stuck close by, unable to go home because this place cares more about money than people's lives. Service: Brakes
