Is there a zero star? The absolute worst. Can’t say enough about Todd or the team TKO. They truly over promise and under deliver. No business being in business in this valley.

I am really shocked at the previous reviews. We had our home built by TKO in 2012, and now that we have been in our home 7 years have been so happy with our purchase. I was in the flooring industry for over 20 years and worked in retail and New Construction. And yes, most Builders are temperamental, but they've got a lot on their plate and communication is key. Be honest about what you want and also what you don't want, review their guidelines and restrictions and then communicate, Our experience with Todd at TKO was great did we always agree no, but when we came across issues we worked through them. You don't get everything your way when you build. If that's what you expect, find an existing home and buy it. As a result 7 years later we are still very happy with our home.

Poor company. Buy a house under warranty, only to find out that they built the house in a pond water table, yet didn't properly disclose. Now we have flood problems in our crawl space and Kim Ostrom from TKO Homes (owner), says they won't cover the repairs. Her husband Todd, called my realtor, calling us names, and admitted by saying, "What the _uck did he think was going to happen. He's house is built in a pond. Well, I guess we did built it." The landscaping also doesn't meet city code and they won't correct the lack of proper slope or drainage. When I asked them for their insurance agent contact information and/or attorney information, Kim Ostrom refused to provide the information. We plan on filing a lawsuit against them for alleged fraud, deceptive business practices, and seek treble (triple) damages. We are also considering listing their realtor as well. If I were you, I'd stay 1005 AWAY from TKO Homes! - Steve G - McCall, ID
