      image This location has, by far, the most incompetent and difficult employees in the area. Having to rephrase, reiterate and explain the same issues multiple times to an adult who is supposed to be the professional and point of contact to get an issue resolved is ridiculous. Just go to the Raleigh or Cary stores for printing needs. For some reason, they seem to have different practices or are able to accommodate costumers facing simple printing issues whereas this store isn't.
