I had to stand in line to make a withdraw for almost 30 minutes, with only 1 person in front of me. Only God knows how long he was there before I came. Johnathan is most helpful, but it seems as if he's the only person who actually works in this place. The rest of the workers should be replaced... immediately!!!

No one knows what going on in there. Wanted to remove person from the account. They told me I have to come in person. Came to find out it's no longer an option.

The lesson I learned is to call and make appointments myself and not rely on anyone else. Their staff has poor customer service and seem to be unaware of what's going on. If it were up to me, I would close my organization's account and move it elsewhere posthaste but unfortunately, the body has to vote on it. I'll be doing some research.
I felt unsafe in their facility due to the customer base, and some of the staff had personal side conversations with customers. I don't care what your relationship is, you shouldn't do that in front of other customers when people are waiting.
Once I verbalized my disappointment, the service got better, but I will still be researching alternative banks. They were short-staffed and some questionable things happened during my visit.
