First day I went in no one said hello, theres two other advisors in the room. A man comes out the back to then say hello, and sets me with a guy who was still training. No problem, that guy, Charlie was the best thing about this location. He advised I sit with Ms. Wallace as he wasnt able to help me with advising. Made an appt, set with her and I would have preferred to use YouTube university to answer my questions. If youre in the business of financial planning and advising and when its time to actually plan and advise a client dont make the client feel like they are doing you a disservice by asking investment questions. If I knew the answers I wouldnt have made an appointment with a financial advisor. To be in a situation where you dont want to ask questions because you can tell you are being judged and inconveniencing the advisor who huffs and puffs after you ask questions is something youd have to experience if you havent already. I try to give people grace but this entire interaction with this particular fidelity location was unsatisfactory, especially Ms.Wallace. Do better!
Id been better chatting with the guy who was still training, or again utilizing YouTube.
