What a wonderful and affordable place to live Clean, professional and a lovely place to call home. Maintenance is fast and convenient and office staff is friendly and welcoming.

Lived here from 2020-21, there is one maintenance guy, when he's even around. My neighbor had water pouring into her apartment from upstairs and it took more time than should have been necessary to get ahold of someone for help.
There is a clause stating that you may move out in the case of a family emergency (which we had to do because my grandfather was dying of brain cancer in another state) Both office ladies were out sick with covid so we left messages explaining what was going on and they never bothered to call back. Flash forward 2 years and we have found out they hit us with a cleaning fee even though they kept our deposit. It has been affecting our credit, however the info they put in was wrong so the fee has been disputed and taken care of.
It's an ok place to live, but obviously be aware of the usual scams apartments play.
Oh yeah and one of their buildings burnt down because a maintenance man "fixed" a light the wrong way so definitely keep renters' insurance.

I lived at Parkridge for a year while working in Durant and it was a great experience. The leasing manager is amazing and helpful. Extremely personable and always assisted me when I had questions. I loved that they made an effort to create a community by setting up events for residents to meet each other. The staff are kind and communicated well. My apartment was clean and the location was great since it was quiet and peaceful. Even my neighbors were helpful and watched out for me. The apartment is ideal because it's close to the highway.
