I absolutely love this community! Lori, Leslie and Jason are very responsive to any requests. Everyone I meet has been cordial at the very least, and with several we’ve exchanged phone numbers. I know most residents because of their dogs, walking on the property, yet rarely if at all, hear any of them bark. The apartment is very quiet. Definitely a good experience!

From the first visit ,up through the move itself, Lori and Leslie were super and so very helpful. We are so fortunate to be a part of this community. Everything about this complex and it"s leadership team is wonderful. Thanks for all you do.

Just moved in to these brand new apartments. They are absolutely gorgeous, luxurious, and spacious. I have so much place for storage. The gym in the club house is a great perk! Lori the property manager is very sweet and responds quickly. There is an amazon hub for packages So it gets delivered safely and securely. My favorite part of the apartments is the full size washer and dryer and high vaulted ceilings.

Hi,
We've rented a lot of properties over the years all over the area, and Best Property Management by far has been quite literally...the best property management company we've worked with. From the get-go, the team was friendly, clear in their communication, and no funny-business.

While the process to getting into our lease was painless and fantastic, the management of the property while we lived there was as good, if not better. Most recently, They went above and beyond in meeting our family's needs. Whenever there was an issue - great or small - Management would respond shortly, and have the issue addressed. In fact, they went to great lengths to make sure that things were being taken care of in a timely manner, taking personal ownership and following through every single time, even following up with us after repairs were completed to make sure things went smoothly.
If we decide to rent another property in the future, we'll definitely look to work with Washington Promenade and their team. Highly recommend a hundred times over.
Above all this, The apartment Is just amazing !!!
