Yesterday 3/27/2024 I was here to pick up my rental the assistant branch manager DYLAN attempted to change my card 3 times where 2 out of 3 times it declined. After I shown the amount that was pulled from my bank of $451.47 he told me they couldnt see the approved amount in their system saying it declined 3 times.
I even had my bank on the phone so there was proof the charge was taken. My bank asked for a letterhead saying they wouldnt take the funds and in turn they sent me one asking to authorize an amount after the approved amount was taken.
I was here for 5 hours trying to situate this issue and was told theres nothing they could do. I left very upset because my car is in the shop getting repaired, I had to call out of work, and still without a vehicle and the charge of almost $500 from enterprise on my card. Id give zero stars if I could for this happening. How does a company lose that much from a customer and send them away with nothing.

Everyone was very helpful and understanding to all my vehicle choices.
Dillon was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate all my preferences while smiling! Hats off to Dillon and Enterprise!

The staff was very friendly. They quickly got me processed and into my car. I returned on a Sunday after they closed, but there was a convenient after hours key drop box. That day they were a bit short staffed so they couldn't drop me off. But no big deal. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.
