      image I went in for the first time today and I had an urgent order that needed to be printed for my uncles funeral. There was an error with the formatting on the design, but we were able to get that fixed without any issues. The staff (lady working the front desk and the manager) were very friendly and made sure that everything was to my liking. They also did a fantastic job of handling my order and taking care of the other customers. I would definitely recommend going to this location for all of your shipping and printing needs.

      image Non English speaker tried to mail package. Clerk inputed wrong address and asked the sender to confirm - which he didnt know how to do so Instead of clerk helping and double checking/confirming, Package sent to. Completely wrong address and recipient now has to go out of the way to pick up. Mgr Sonny did NOTHING to rectify the problem other than offering a delivery 1 week later than needed. Obviously money was paid to get it there on time. No offer of a refund- no assistance. Think twice about using this unreliable UPS location

      Hey Elizabeth, In regards to your package, the sender had the opportunity to verify the recipient’s address before we printed the label and released it to UPS. In this instance, they verified the recipient address and signed off on it. When you reported the new address the following day, we had it changed for you and also offered you the ability to have it picked up from the local warehouse. However, it is UPS policy to attempt the delivery the next business day, especially on Ground packages. It was not one week later as claimed in your review, it was on Monday (the next possible business day). We apologize we were unable to not meet your expectation at this time but we provided you with multiple solutions and updated the address for you as requested. Hopefully, this clears any confusion you had regarding this shipment.
