The staff at AidGwinnet are the nicest people you will ever meet. They have helped me in more ways than one. These are the unsung heroes of healthcare. Joy, Sylvester, and everyone at AidGwinnet are lifesavers! I truly believe that.

So... I'm putting this place on BLAST!! 1st they don't keep employees don't no why. Somebody always different doing what the last person did!! Gee Gee email will drop the ball on you. She told me she was going to help me get my co assistance with my medication and didn't even do it. When I ask what was going on, she was giving some LAME ASS EXCUSE! I told her I didn't fill comfortable what she told me but she promised me she would help me. NEVER DID!! Now to the doctor!!! The original Dr. was no longer with this company. So I gets a new one. Now the clinic offers transportation. We were 5 mins late. I signed in and the receptionist was not at the desk. So im waiting. Guy comes in like 10mins after in signed in. He spoke with the young lady. I gets call from Jennifer talking about i missed my appointment. I told her I was here! I immediately went to front desk and told her I got a call saying I miss my appointment. She replies I didn't see you walk in. I'm checking you n now! I'm saying to myself why didn't u check the sign in board to see, since u let your DESK! She tells she want see you. I'm like who is she! The doctor, u haven't seen her before have you? I replied NO! Well since I was late, she will not see me. I'm like being 5mins late really? She says I did tell her that I left the desk and didn't see him. I'm upset cause this was the 2nd rescheduled cause the 1st time they told me that the 1st Dr was also no longer their!! I told her I'm not coming back and tell her she lost a patient!! Plus since this office was so far i needed to find something close to home!! I mean I will not be back!!! People be aware you might get played and there are here to help us!!!

Thy offer free HIV and STD testing. They are very helpful and professional. They are located in an office park and blend in with everybody else, so if you privacy is not an issue. They offer help with other aspects of life as well and cater to both men and women.
