The community is beautiful and clean, with both maintenance and office teams promptly addressing any issues. The maintenance staff always do an excellent job, completing tasks promptly, ensuring the property is well taken care of. Overall it's a lovely community to live in.

Community is nice; however be sure to be on top floor. Im breaking my lease because it sounds like the people above me are coming through my ceiling. The management does nothing. I sent them recordings. They told me I have to call them when its happening so they can witness it. Theyre only there during business hours and like most people Im at work during business hours. One day I was home, during the day, and called while it was happening. The manager was unavailable and no one came or returned my call until the following week when I called a corporate number to complain. Then the manager called and left a message. I returned her call and again shes unavailable and no return call. Another day Im home during business hours, sent more videos and called while it was happening. Again shes unavailable and no one came. Finally, I went down to the office and shes standing there talking to one of the agents there. She then comes to my apartment telling me the same nonsense about how I have to call when its happening; like I didnt already do that twice and sent multiple videos. She spoke to the people above me. After that, it may have been quiet for 2-3 days. I called to break my lease after only being here 3 months. You think anyone would have asked why or offered to change my apartment; absolutely not. Instead I have to give them 60 days notice and pay 2 months rent as a penalty. I wish I could post videos on here so people can hear what live with above me on a daily basis. Im warning everyone, dont do it! The management sucks!
