If you want someone who is going to help you and fight for you like a good neighbor, this isnt it.
I filed my first claim ever in my life this year. From the jump I was told Ive never seen this get covered, even though I had read my policy and in fact, it was supposed to be covered. I continued on fighting with claims for 5 months, all the while getting zero help and support from my agents office. I actually called once and the response I got was oh this is still going on? - completely clueless on making sure their client is getting taken care of.
I have went through the policy step by step showing why my claim should be covered with the entire team. Each time the initial Ive never seen this covered turns into well you have a point. You might get paid out. Lets see what claims says. Yet not a single time has anyone at this office tried to help me. My agent even told me to send it all in an email and he would help dispute it. I did that and I couldnt even get a simple acknowledgement that they got the email. Never heard from them.
Whats even more irritating is that while Im being told theyve never seen it covered, they say its because it deals with something under my house and any underground pipes and such are never covered. I then call a few weeks later and the response was Im a bit busy trying to prevent a lawsuit because some underground water lines broke and flooded an apartment complex
Bottom line, if youre looking for someone to fight for you when you need them too, be there to review policy, make sure you and your family is taken care of and that youre getting what you pay for, this is the wrong place.
As soon as this claim is completely taken care of (yes, 6.5 months later I still havent seen a dime on anything even though I have written letters approving some of the claim) I will be sure to find a different place to take my business.

Gary Wheeler has been my agent for several years. We recently had to file a claim on damage to our roof from a severe storm. His office was very helpful in walking us through the process from beginning to end. It was quick and painless, Thank you!

I was with Geico for 18 years and then met Gary and his wonderful staff. They have been 100% awesome. Anytime I have an issue they take care of it pronto. I understand no one likes insurance, but We have to have it to protect our investments. I have all my insurance from car, home, rental, life insurance,tractors, and landlord policies with Gary. I wouldn't trade the personal relationship Ive formed with Gary and Karen for anything. If your shopping around, stop looking and sign up with them today..They are flat out awesome.

Gary Wheeler and the girls in his office have gone above and beyond what I have ever expected of them. They are always available for any questions I have and have been able to give me great advice. They are extremely professional and yet treat me like family. I cannot imagine having any one else helping with my insurance needs.

I was a client of this agency with State Farm for over 13 years. Only to find out because I called them that theyd canceled my homeowners insurance policy with no notice. Wouldnt recommend anyone use these charlatans!!!
