I'm so glad we met Lynn. That is the phrase my spouse and I have said on more than several occasions. We first purchased a home with Lynn and had an incredible experience. She was absolutley everything we desired in an agent and she worked incredibly hard for us.
Many years later we knew who we needed to call to sell and to say we were impressed would be an understatement. Lynn and her team are beyond top tier and impressive at every step of the process. There truly isn't enough good to say. Thank you!

Ive waited the better part of a year prior to posting this. Lynn did not communicate enough to the point where not only did I involve her broker, I also involved The Utah Board of Realtors Ombudsman. It was quite clear she didnt want to talk with me after knowing of a plan to try to auction off our house by a former romantic partner, all while I was working with the US Military overseas and being current on all payments. I asked Lynn to make a donation to a Disabled Veterans Organization with the funds she got from the sale to represent me. She declined to provide proof of this. I really thought long and hard about going after her license. Instead I will take the high road and simply say I would never ever recommend her to anyone. Completely dissatisfied seller of a near million dollar property
