I hope the IDIOT of a woman working the Welcome Desk on the afternoon of 3 April 2024 for the Registration side gets fired!
Your comment as you sent me away was uncalled for and unprofessional. Your comments while standing there were unprofessional and uncaring. (Your husband and family must hate you if he hasn't left you yet.)

She told me it takes 75 minutes to be taken care of inside but 10 minutes outside????
Inside has 15 attendants and 15 people sitting down and Her moronic self would not give me a number. Outside had 1 attendant and 4 cars, that ratio is not to my favor at all.
But she did make a quip to someone else as I walked away (yes we all heard you as you proved your lack of intelligence; and for that I hope you get fired)
SO off I go with all my gear, to wait in a drive through on a motorcycle. Once to the front of my line I have to take all my gear off because my jacket has a built-in backpack with my letters to register my car. (I need my car registered so i can drive it to say... drive thru)
Why would you send a person on a motorcycle outside? OH btw, I'm 100% disabled VET. NO lie, i had my letter with me... oh wait, you didn't care. You only care that it's closing time. Time to go home, but to who? no one is there for you. OH they may be there physically, but not emotionally. because you suck the life right out of them.
2 star cause (1) those get read and (2) the gentleman working outside was FRIENDLY!!!

Very quick service if you have an appointment. However I found I didnt need to come in due to some confusing online directions. Took me less than 15 minutes to get my plates and tags.

When you make an appointment online, the renewal process goes quickly. The staff there are very efficient.

Hi! My sister called me from your lovely Utah County DMV location today crying about her experience that she had there. Arrived for a simple identification and license renewal but was told that the information she brought for her appointment was "not mail." My sister brought with her 2 passports, her social security card, her marriage license, and like 5 other pieces of mail to identify herself. But was told this is "not mail" after an associate of yours read her marriage license and realized my sister has not taken her husband's last name since marrying him; which is entirely her own decision to make. After the employee at the time rifled through my sisters clearly stamped mail provided and continued to tell her the items brought with her do not qualify. The employee then made this comment, "did you have a hard time making your appointment today?" Insinuating my sister was either dumb or not prepared. My sister was neither of these, she made an appointment, knew she would need to take a test on the matter and read online about what she needed to bring prior... If there was some other error to what documents my sister could have brought today please inform me. The only error I'm finding in this entire situation is your employee letting her own beliefs interrupt my sister's success. I would love to talk to someone on the phone about this entire interaction if able and possibly schedule my sister another appointment with literally anyone else at the Utah County DMV.
