Phil has helped us w our garage door a couple times. He is always very responsive, on time and very reasonable prices. Recently door broke on Sunday night and cars were stuck inside. He was at our home Monday morning and had the door fixed within an hour.

Have used him in the past and he has been ok- never very punctual but eventually has fixed my problems- the last time he was here 3 weeks ago and he couldn’t figure it out he decided to take my main unit off and said he will fix it and be back the next day- I have not seen him or heard from him since? He won’t return texts or phone calls and I am stuck with no unit- I guess I will hire someone else now to place an entire new opener:(

Requested service to balance my garage door due to issues with opener. Phil told me he was unwilling to provide the service, even though he replaced the springs previously.

Phil is always there when you need him and his prices are great. He's been working on my garage doors for a long time.
He can probably get more work done when I'm not around though. We shoot the breeze the whole time he is here. Lol When I'm not around and we have work to be done on a garage door he's in and out.

So my garage door is stuck and I call Sunday. Phil the repair tech is out first thing Monday morning and fixes everything. Amazing!!! Instant service wow!!!
