First time using this company. Kevin came to service our dryer. He was nice enough to call in advance to let us know he was on his way. He was very professional and kindly explained the repair needed. Pricing was very fair and trustworthy. A+ service all around!

Advantage Appliance has helped us with repairs on a number of occasions. They have consistently provided reliable service that has given us the opportunity to keep older appliances in working order. Danny primarily comes out on the service calls and he clearly explains what problems are occurring and solutions to resolve them. Id give 10 stars if I could! After some pretty bad experiences with other appliance repair companies, I cant recommend Advantage Appliance enough - they were super responsive, able to get me scheduled quickly, and priced very reasonably.
The technician (Kevin) arrived on time, and had called me ~30mins prior to arriving, as promised. He was friendly and respectful - he already had his mask on by the time I answered the door, and immediately put covers over his shoes when he entered the house.
Also, I was really pleased with how helpful and educational Kevin was. I had a lot of questions and not only did he answer them all, but he also gave me some additional information to help me troubleshoot issues in the future, which was much appreciated.
