If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. Our mortgage was bought out by them. They are badgering us to refinance, taking all the equity in our home at a higher rate of interest. Do I have stupid printed on my forehead. We inquired about taking a loan to put siding on our home not a refinance... now I get several emails a day saying, I need to sign the refinance paperwork, after I specifically told them No! and more emails coming now saying all the paperwork is being sent via mail. This is rediculous!!! And I can't get it to stop. Over one little inquiry. Stay away from this company unprofessional stafff, they can't get the point of the word NO!

Harassing the family of a deceased employee and refusing to give them medical leave when they have CANCER, then telling them they will be fired while they're DEAD... wow. I know these companies are supposed to be soulless and uncaring but oh my god is this company EVIL. I feel bad for anyone employed or who has a mortgage through them. Despicable behavior.

Would give a zero, my mortgage was sold to these idiots so I had no choice, I belong to DAV And I have reported them to Veterans affairs not to give VA MORTGAGE SERVICES TO THEM. In the DAV I have thousands of Veterans I talk to.

Bad experience need better training call n they don't know what is going on would not give them a star but could not go lower.I really don't trust them but my bank sold to them what a joke

The are always behind a year behind on property taxes documents being sent out and post marked. Every fricking year.
