Our optometric practice is the oldest and most well established in Morris County New Jersey. Founded by Dr. Nathan Millman in 1941, we have cared for generations of patients on a personal level. Dr. Ronald Millman and ​Dr. John Insinga have mastered and take pride in providing you individualized care to meet your unique eye care needs.
