We had to take them all the way to court. They just walked out the job for no reason. They wouldnt refund our Deposit until 1 week before we wouldve faced the case at court house. It took over 3 years for them to admit that it was wrong and there buiesness practice arent right by sending the whole deposit via check back to us. There are many other companies on the market doing excatly the same what mid Atlantic offers so highly recommend to look into their offer and estimates rather than have a headache and get yelled by a very rude owner who has no respect for people from another country. This is one of most unprofessional buiesness I ever deald with.

White glove customer service - answered all of my questions, even though I had a bunch and patiently explained their entire process.

Vito and Christopher responded quickly to our inquiry about a free quote. Christopher showed up on time and walked us through the entire process of waterproofing. He even sketched it out for us so we could understand. The price was very fair and the work was very quick. Thank You Mid-Atlantic for our dry basement!
