Nice clean insides. Average food.
Now for the bad - we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated after 2pm when there were clearly more than 20 tables free (more than half the place).
Finally, the "hostess" sold us a half booth even though we asked for a full booth (again there were plenty available and this was past any lunch rush hour).
Took a while for the food to arrive and didn't find anything special about the food either - my pan pizza was just warm. It was clearly overpriced - this after I used a 50% off coupon.
Never going back.

Nothing. It was awful. I know UNOs is typically decent but the one in Dover is terrible. DO NOT GET THE HADDOCK!!!!! I mean it's just so bad. Go to chillis at least or stay home....

horrible food. waited 1hr and 20 min for our appetizer then 1hr and 45 min later for our food by the time food came out it was over cooked and some of it was cold. I will never go there to eat again

Hate those chains that lie to get business. Heard that kids eat free on Tuesdays so took one kid over....thank goodness not all of them. Was given a kids menu and was told that kids eat fee.....what we were not told that only the entre is FREE but all around it costs unlike the 99. When they tell you kids eat free, KIDS EAT FREE!
They blatantly lied to us. We saved 4.29 and it cost for the side, drink and desert, another 4.80! No wonder the place was empty of kids at 6pm. They have probably instructed their wait staff to present it that way. Even the hostess said, "kids eat fee", not "kids entre is free". X that one off the list.
