This facility is a joke in terms of scheduling and holding to their appt they schedule. We were told a 3pm appt from the desk at call in and it was never locked into their system. Their response was to give us a Walmart gift card and pull the call to see if we were telling the truth or not on our 3pm appt. Turns out we were telling the truth, go figure. Sad that the merger of what was once a great peds office for children has come to this. I couldnt be more put off by the "hey heres a walmart giftcard response" for your troubles. This is a medical facility not a retail outlet.

I am so grateful for Goodwin Community Health . All the staff is beautiful , kind, & caring. My Doc shes amazing , Im in great hands!

Go anywhere else! They are worse than having no provider. Cant speak to a live voice in over a week. Cant get a prescription refill. Cant talk to anyone living. Dont put yourself through the torture I went through. They are not worth the effort. Find someplace else and hopefully if enough people leave they will lose their federal funding and finally close.

When we feel poorly, we visit our doctor, trusting that he/she will help us heal. We bring our concerns, our list of symptoms, our history, and our questions. In exchange, we expect answers, or at the very least an effort to find answers.
Today I seen Jessica Parent and all I can say is she is an amazing doctor: Nothing I said was overlooked or dismissed.
In my own experience with past Doctors, My symptoms are dismissed or what Im saying is considered unlikely, and I am sent elsewhere.
Jessica took her time and my appointment didn't feel rushed. She made me feel so comfortable.
Today when I left my appointment, I felt like this is going to be the year Ill get to enjoy life again.
She is very kind, helpful , caring and professional. If you are looking for a primary care provider look no more. I can only imagine if I had her years ago where I would be today.
Her assistant was also wonderful and comforting.
