Giving this rating a 2 is by far as generous as I can be. I hired Faucette in 2022 for a custody modification and contempt case. She was ill prepared l. She was late and kept rescheduling our meet times to prepare for her other cases. Thank God we reached a settlement because I had no confidence that she would have represented me well. Guys my case is still considered open and shes still my currently lawyer. This woman blocked me before getting my final order or closing out my case. The case was delayed several times for her Alicias personal reasons. We finally had a court date on 27 Feb 2023 its now April 2, 2023 and no final order. Im still blocked and no word. This case is still hanging over my head and now my ex has all the power to undo what weve settled on. I had to reach out to my ex and her lawyer to see what the delay was and no answers. Her voicemail is full. And she can never be contacted through her office. Be careful if you hire her. I wouldnt advise it.

Please beware of using this law firm. In beginning they were great and then nothing. I received no response to emails or call backs. I also almost missed court, because my attorney never informed me that we had court. We had to sign papers the day of and find a notary because she waited till the last minute. There was no communication at all and I had to finally ask about court to see if she was even coming. Im finally divorced took almost 2 years, but I would not recommend this firm. One more thing Alicia was also late to both court hearings.

Attorney Alicia is a very passionate Attorney and very patient. She showed interest in my concerns regarding custody of my grandchildren and made me feel confident that she had my best interest at heart. Although I did not proceed with custody as my daughter pleaded for a few months to become stable and take care of her children, the f I were to proceed I would certainly have retained her as my Attorney. And, if I should have to retain an Attorney in the future which I hope I wont, she will be the one I call. Shes absolutely the best!

Update: They spent more time responding to my review below, then on my entire case! I hope the State Bar of Georgia is paying attention to the complaints and take some sort of action soon. This "attorney" is taking advantage of individuals in need of legal help.... In addition, she and her hired help (who apparently only respond to negative reviews, instead of working on cases) are attempting to post client information as a form retaliation for negative reviews.
Based on my personal experience, I regret hiring Attorney Faucette. Whenever I was able to speak to her, it was like I was speaking to her for the first time. She would not return phone calls and missed scheduled meetings. Her staff was rude at times. She did nothing for me. From the looks of it, the law firm spends more time writing and responding to reviews. My experience was sad and very stressful due to the complete neglect of Attorney Faucette. I had to result to sending my representing attorney (Faucette) a certified letter requesting a response to questions and concerns regarding my cases...SHE NEVER RESPONDED! She ran out the clock...Please stay clear.
