Sorry, but I can't recommend Mr. Fessler. Here's why: I have a Toro LX425 lawn mower. I had tried to adjust the engine's valves and messed them up. The repair shop at Douglasville Ace Hardware is a Toro authorized facility, but they needed 10 days to fix it. I saw Fessler's online and called Eugene. He said he worked on all brands and that he could get right on it. I took it to him on a Tuesday. When I called later in the week, he had gone out of town and it would be the next week before he could get to it. So I picked up the mower. Eugene assured me he was a professional repairer who took pride in his work and didn't do "rush jobs". I decided to give him a second chance. When he finally looked at the mower, he told me the battery was bad and that, based on his research, the mower had a broken automatic compression release mechanism. it would be $350 to tear open the engine and replace the ACR. So I paid him $30 for the diagnostic and took the mower to Ace Hardware. I took another week for Ace to fix it. Eugene was right about the battery. Ace replaced it for $50. The valve adjustment and a new sparkplug cost another $70. It's running fine. If Mr. Fessler was as honest as he says he is, he would have told me that he didn't know much about Toro mowers. I found the same information about the ACR on the Internet, but that wasn't the problem. I'm grateful that Eugene didn't do any more damage to the mower than I did. By the way, Eugene is unfailingly polite. He could work on his communication skills, but he does respond in a timely manner to calls and texts. Still, he misrepresented his abilities. I'll consider the $30 the cost of a hard lesson.

If You don't know already the man is honest and completely fair & reasonable,what he says is what it needs/ me personally I don't have confidence in any other mechanic..
