      image The room was filled with boogers on the wall. There were white powder marks on the mirror. The hand towels looked dirty. The lamps had literally bloody boogers. There was curly hair on the bathtub and on the sink. I was given a "non-smoker room," but there is a faint smell of cigarettes. They charge a $25 deposit on top of the cost of the room. On the website was advertised as "clean," and bedsheets are probably suspicious. At this point, I should have slept in my car and saved myself 2 days of a disgusting room. The only good thing was the front desk.

      Thanks for choosing to stay with us! I am sorry to see you were not impressed with the room. If the room was not acceptable, we need to know it right away. We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms were available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately. It is very important to us to address these sorts of issues right away and to ensure that you are able to enjoy the rest of your stay. All the best on your future travels!
