Ms.Dorothy the nurse was amazing. My daughter suffers with anxiety from getting shots. And Ms. Dorothy Was patient and kind and even eased my daughter fear. Definitely one of kind. Thanks Ms. Dorothy For your kind heart.

They never have a nurse nor ever have any appointments online to come in, honestly one of the worst healthcare providers you could go to.

I relocated from Phoenix and needed a 3300 form and immunization records transferred to GA for my pre-k and toddler. I arrived at 8:30 as a walk in. The receptionist was pleasant and so was the first lady to call me up. I waited over an hour to get the screening and the immunization records transferred. They told me my 4yo needed a vaccine in which I would need to wait longer. This didn't make sense as she's up to date on everything. I told them I needed to check out of my hotel at 11.. mind you it is 9:30 ish. They only had 1 person who's able to give vaccines! She was sooo slow. No care in the world or sense of urgency. I kept checking back in. Someone playing manager tried to make me understand that I'm a walk-in and should be grateful it's not taking longer as he played on his phone. At 11 o'clock, they finally call me to the check out again, by the way and I said, "What about the vaccine?" Turns out she didn't EVEN NEED ONE!! NO APOLOGIES GIVEN!!! They just looked at me with the "my bad face." I couldn't get out of that place fast enough.
