They do what they want regardless of your asking. I've got some funky shaped nails, I asked for regular polish. They did gel anyway. Also asked for 2 colors, but he told me he liked a different one better and I didn't get what I wanted... I got 10 nails the same color. Very disappointed.
They also did my daughter's, and didn't get all of the old color off and it is disgustingly visible through the terrible paint job they did

Good service and customer service from William! Very personable nail salon. Not like most where it is quiet and awkward. Good vibes!!

Ok so me and my mom and my best friend we all got are nails done and the Manager was acting so weird crazy and he was asking my friend whats her age where she live whats her name !! And was touching her arm! Wth! I will never go back

Toni & Nail had a sheet for waiting, I signed it with a phone number, they never called and my name was scratched off as if they called, I was highly ticked off, and she said we called, I had no missed call from them. I will not go back
