      image Bought some pork rib tips, I love cooking these & unfortunately they are really hard to find & this butcher shop has them. They were good once cooked but BE CAREFUL if you buy meat from there idk if it's from the blades they use to cut the meat but most of the meat had something black on them it was hard to take off. If you buy meat from here make sure you wash before you cook. Butcher was very helpful
      I bought pork ribs a week ago and once cooked they were very delicious but BE CAREFUL, I always wash the meat I buy so I realized that the meat had something black that was difficult to remove, I don't know if it's from the razors they use to Cut the meat but wash your meat well if you buy from there. Butcher was very kind
