Not sure who, but a male employee was extremely rude when I called and simply asked who a floral arrangement for a funeral was from. He replied that he knew he wrote it on there but then couldnt give me the name of the person that sent them. Im just glad I was a friend of the family and not a grieving family member that he was so rude to.

We are sorry about your experience with us. We had terrible connection over the phone and that we might have came off rude. When you called we were very busy with trying to fulfill other orders for the funeral. We did get the issue resolved and we found the order you requested. Please give us a call back and the shop to see if we can rectify situation.
