      image Natalia greeted us at the front door and allowed us to look at the furniture without hovering over us. When we were ready, she answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to help us match couches with different chairs. She showed us how to work the mechanisms of the reclining couches, how not only the foot rest moved, but also the headrest, the different fabrics by sight and touch, etc. The first exceptional furniture shopping experience we have ever had. Did Natalia get the sale? Absolutely! When you visit Ashley Furniture, ask for Natalia when you walk through the door.
