Quiet, quaint and fair prices for this economy. A bit older complex but nice grounds and the name fits with the flowers!

This place is horrible. So glad my lease just ended so I could finally leave. The walls and floors are the thinnest I've ever seen, people talking upstairs sound like they're just in a different room, people openly do drugs in stairwell space outside each apartment, it seems like every weekend there's screaming domestic violence fights in the parking lot, deliveries are constantly stolen, there's roaches the size of cats, and even though I hired a maid to clean it when I left, and then went over it AGAIN myself to make sure it was in BETTER condition than when I moved in, I was STILL hit with a bogus $200 "cleaning fee" listed as "damages". Do yourself a favor and live ANYWHERE but here.
